Online Process
Registration Process for Construction Workers
Step 1: Visit the official HPBOCWWB website.
Step 2: Click on Worker Services → New Registration.
Step 3: Fill in all required details carefully. Mandatory fields are marked with (*).
Step 4: Upload necessary documents such as ID proof and certificates.
Step 5: Submit the form and proceed to online payment of the registration fee.
Step 6: After successful submission, a registration number will be generated for future reference.

Step 2: Click on Apply for Benefits.
Step 3: Enter beneficiary details and date of birth.
Step 4: Select Mukhyamantri Awas Yojna from the list of schemes.

Applicants can track their application status online through the HPBOCWWB portal.

Offline Process
Offline Registration Process for Building and Construction Workers
The registration process for building and other construction workers is completed through offline mode. The steps are explained below in easy language:
Step 1
The worker must visit the nearest Labour Welfare Office during working hours and collect the official registration application form from the concerned officer.
Step 2
Fill in all required details carefully in the form. Paste a recent passport-size photograph and sign it if needed. Attach photocopies of all necessary documents. Self-attestation may be required.
Step 3
Submit the completed application form along with proof showing at least 90 days of construction work.
This proof can be:
Wage slip or appointment letter from the employer, or
A work verification certificate issued by a local authority such as a Councillor, Panchayat Secretary, or Executive Officer (if employer proof is not available).
Step 4
After submitting the form, documents, and registration fee, the applicant will receive an acknowledgment receipt as confirmation of registration.
Important Notes
The application must be submitted within the given time limit, if applicable.
Registration remains valid for three years from the date of approval.
After three years, the worker must visit the office again to renew registration by paying the renewal fee.
During renewal, proof of 90 working days for each year must be submitted to continue receiving welfare benefits.
